Porsche introduced the 718 GT4 RS in 2022 as one of the best sports cars on the market, and that was not just a marketing line since the vehicle was packed with true racing technologies, including the engine.

The GT4 category was the least powerful class in the FIA GT series. Its vehicles were based on cars available to the public. The Cayman GT4 was designed to fit in that category.
