Daewoo Lacetti

The compact Daewoo Lacetti came with the right options at the right time on the market in 2002. Cheap to buy and to run, it is offered with two engine choices: a 1.4-liter and a 1.6 liter with 93 and 109 hp, respectively. The performance is not great, but also not so terrible. For the latter powerplant, Daewoo offered a 4-speed automatic transmission, while the standard offer was a five-speed manual gearbox. The design was signed by Pininfarina for the sedan and Giorgetto Giugiaro for the hatchback.
