Aston Martin Appeals Trademark Loss Against Company Owned by Its 17 Percent Shareholder

Aston Martin filed an appeal at the UK Court of Appeal against a 2023 trademark ruling in favor of Geelys London EV Company. In 2024, Geely acquired a 17 percent stake in Aston Martin for 310 million dollars, making Aston the plaintiff and the defendants parent company simultaneous business partners.
