2026 BYD Sealion 05 Launches From 97,900 Yuan With 630 km EV and 5-Min Flash Charge

BYD launches the 2026 Sealion 05 in China with DM-i plug-in hybrid from 97,900 yuan and battery-electric EV from 119,900 yuan. The EV is the cheapest BYD to ship with the second-generation Blade Battery plus megawatt flash charging, rated at 630 km CLTC range and 5.9 seconds 0-100 km/h. Optional LiDAR unlocks urban navigate-on-autopilot.
